Delivery is free for UK orders over the value of £30.00. All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post.

How long does an order take to arrive?
For standard delivery within the UK, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, although we do endeavour to dispatch same or next day. In December delivery times may take a little longer.
BUYING AS A GIFT
All our jewellery is wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sent to you in an organza bag. If you are gift buying and would like it sent direct to the recipient, please add the delivery address to the comments box at checkout.

Worldwide up to 21 days
We will always endeavour to meet these estimates but they are not guaranteed.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delivery delay due to customs.
What do I do in the event of a delivery problem?
On the rare occasion that you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can solve the problem.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of date of order with the exception of the following, unless faulty:
*custom or personalised items
*earrings - for hygiene reasons only
All returned items should be unworn and in the original packaging.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
